Well girls, I think this blog has run it's course. I can't seem to keep up on this blog and my other blog and my etsy shop and my real life. Unfortunately, this is the one that has to go. Don't fret, I will continue to admire and love shoes but I just can't do them enough justice with my limited time. If anyone is interested in taking over email me and I will turn it over to you. for my recovery

I used to buy masses of those horrible brighly colored rubber flip-flops every summer. I now know better. As part of my 12-step program for the last few summers I have shunned all flip-flops just to be safe. I am slowly rebuilding a wardrobe of the good ones. These would fit right in.

Usually the shoe of the week is a prohibitively expensive dream shoe but not this week. Thanks to the good people at Target you can now own this shoe for ... drum roll, please..... $6.25, that's right folks, $6.25. I have been waiting for these babies to go on sale and now can't wait for them to arrive.

I have been after cute rain boots for a while. I can never quite justify them because it doesn't really rain here all that often. I am guessing, however, that at $24.99 my guilt about these would be minimal.
