I know, it's black and white week and this shoe has fuchsia. Fuchsia! But it's soooo pretty! I couldn't help it- it just leaped onto my post. I was distracted by all the lovely satin and a fabulous skinny heel. Sorry.

These are brand new for fall and I adore the print. Also am quite fond of the cut-outs and slight platform. All-in-all just the right balance of sexy and serious.

A perfect heel. Great lines and beautiful snakeskin print in the ever neutral black and white combo will add sizzle to everything with which you want to wear them. And have every other woman in the room wanting to hiss with envy.

These are the sort of shoes I wear on days I know will just a little tricky because I can look at my adorable feet when things get to be a too much, sigh and feel better. Oh, so pretty.

I love these, I actually own these. They are so fun to wear. I feel just a little pin-up anytime I put them on. They go with everything and make whatever you're wearing feel just a little special. Also- they are super easy on the pocketbook- they're on clearance this week, you lucky girls!

Let's get back to basics. This week we're going to look at black and white, together. This always works as a neutral, but it's modern, dynamic and oh so chic.

You remember when Carrie found the Manolo Blahnik mary janes in the Vogue closet? These are they- in lipstick red. Urban shoe myth indeed.

I don't know what it is with me and pale pink shoes lately but aren't these pretty?! These might become my favorite "rainy day" shoes because I just know I would thrill every time I caught a glimpse of them on my feet.

These are called the "cupcake", but if you wear these you might get just a little bit more than cake from your signifigant other. I know I would. Yum.

orange you glad i found these

I cannot wear orange near my face, but I can wear it on my feet and I think I will start saving my pennies for these. You all know I love a ballet flat (because then I get to be a ballerina all day!) and the button detail on these is the perfect touch, so sweet and bouncy.

I am really digging the details on these. Look at that sweet little flower, is it not precious? Such a delicious fall color as well. Lovely.

if you must

Those of you who know me know that I believe that athletic shoes should be saved for when you are doing athletic things like running long distances. However- if you want to be able to complete a triathlon before starting your day without the trouble of changing shoes, these are very cute.

Forest green crocodile and fancy cut-outs make these just what I need to go with jeans this fall. The heel and cut-outs are very ladylike but the crocodile make them just a bit rock star.

i'm in love with mary jane

Another great trend for fall is the mary jane. This week is all about that lovely, feminine, always classic design and all it's variations.

Burberry does it best-shoe of the week

I know you have all been waiting with baited breath for the shoe of the week. Here it is- a Burberry platform pump straight off the fall runway. Love the ruching detail and the plum color is delicious. Sigh.

Super sleek and sophisticated! The purple gives just the right punch to make them a conversation piece.

I adore the juxtaposition of the velvet ribbon and lace with the color and style. So funky and feminine all at once. We are amused.

I am terribly fond of these patent loafers. Casual, wear anywhere but oh so exciting to put on in the morning, they guarantee a great day.

Ok- I know they are Jessica Simpson and something about me wants to eschew anything that has her name attached, but they are lavendar glitter! And if we are going to be fair the shape and lines are beautiful. We just won't tell anyone where we got them.

Demure and simple.....and purple. These are perfect for fall. Just the way to spice up that tweed skirt and cashmere sweater. I can already smell the leaves burning.

These make my insides feel all bubbly. Classic, feminine lines, beautiful, muted color and satin, all in one shoe. Love them.

T-straps are a big trend for fall and I think they are so pretty. They are lady-like and classic and many of the new styles have really great modern twists. Hooray, can't wait!
